Let’s hope they are proposing to repay the debts in full so control returns to Directors and receiver/managers and Administrators disappear from the equation if that’s a possible scenario under the law. Cannacord involvement could signify a funding injection or subsequent raising? Dilution factor/existing shareholder involvement would then become factors I guess.
