289M SOI. So 5% is around 14.5M. So if they are around 14M they will be just under 5%. I often see the instos buy the first 4.9% slowly and quietly and then the next lot they grab is 1-2% in a few days because it will the last chance before they need to do a substantial notice announcement. So based on recent volume they may be in that final grab and we could get an announcement shortly.
