is it possible that it has anything to do with the 10 million placement?
if someone wanted as many shares as possible in the offer it would make sense to make the offer price as unattractive as possible.
at the moment though i prefer to think that management haven't done anything since the scoping study to warrant a valuation above $2.
maybe people should focus on management instead.
