From the looks of that article the coring program started 2010. Maybe it was before the moratorium, but if thats the case they have been sitting on the news for a while! More likely is that conventional gas isn't covered by the moratorium on shale gas, as fracking is the main concern with the shale.

Senoj, always had a core holding unfortunately, but have increased and decreased my total holdings at times. Just don't post much as busy with work and other ventures these days! Wish I had got out when we got rid of the old board now to be honest. Hindsight...
