From Summits claim the action is not against Paladin, but Resolute Mining and others for 50% of Mt Isa Uranium. In fact Summit see's Paladin as a better joint venture partner. Paladin was aware that this action was in place when the deal was done.
The law suit is just a red herring and will not affect Paladin. MOO
