Fully agree that a combined PDN/SMM would be worth a multiple of the sum of the 2 particularly with Borshoff's stated goal of creating a "uranium trading subsidiary". UPEC - sort of like a mini OPEC.
Borshoff can get such an idea up & running now if he can consolidate SMM (& then maybe EME) into a single entity that is not only producing NOW, but has future resources coming on stream from at least 2 continents.
I think big holders of SMM will weigh the bigger picture more dispationately than short termers.
