Here it is slow to get moving but it is. Vic police seem to be taking it slow as well. Two places on my small street went up for rent at a fairly hefty prices. Both were used to grow and both wreaked the houses carpets, painting and more to fix them. Nice Police man suggested they raid over a 100 per week but know of more than twice the number but do not have the resources to arrest them.
