Mr Emery's immediate resignation would be appropriate.
His numerous representations to the market saying the DFS release was imminent mislead every shareholder.
If the truth was released under the rules of continuous disclosure then most holders would have sold out and not suffered a massive loss.
We are all big boys and girls and will have to live with this but having said that we were too trusting of an individual who has shown no honesty or ability.
Shame on this individual.
