On a side note, the first time i visited Vancouver aka Vansterdamn the very first memory I have of coming off the skytrain that loops from the airport to down town was the smell of dank kush being smoked close by, upon observation, it was a homeless dude (there are LOTS in Van) smoking a spliff while a police officer stood within 10m going about his business... always been very chill there about weed (Cannabis/marijuana/mary jane) . Not surprised they are at the forefront of this.

NB- I don't really care how harmful you think weed is up there on yer high horse while you smoke your wee willems and drink yer tawny port from last years police xmas auction. I couldnee care less. Lets see what comes of it shall we?
