I don't think Coalspur can do anything about speeding up licenses approval.
It seems to to me the bottle neck is AER. In the past when decision was made by ERCB it was fast. For example to approve the process after hearing is closed ERCB had to issue a decision in two weeks, AER has 90-days. So it took AER 6-weeks to approved Coalspur.

By mid May we should know more, hopefully faster.
