For me personally its time for management and staff to give reason for this stuff up or why their salaries shouldn't be reduced for the next year as they are paid handsomely to produce and when they dont they should be held accountable. I dont pay the plumber to fix my plumbing problems if they ain't get fixed. ATM we still dont know where we stand whether its plumbing, electrical, structural. Management need to get or give answers out for the stuff up or pay the price if it's due to managements own stuff up or incompetence then they pay the price imo. As I've said before management set the bar for themselves if they cannot achieve reaching it then they need to answer why at the very least. DYOR all imo.
