    Agree with Ausheds. I'd only convert if I could see the value continuing to increase through to 2017 and beyond, and didn't want to lose out via CGT. In the meantime, better to save the hassle, and the capital needed to exercise, and let the oppies continue to ride off the back of CD's work.
