I know a little about this group. They usually stick fat and hold onto their stock . They won't be selling any time soon. The fact that they have bought in would suggest they have done enough research to be very confident that this is the real deal.
Because of their reputation I have no doubt this has drawn the attention of others who have also decided to take a healthy position in SPX.
I also picked up a few more this morning when I saw them taking a major chunk of stock. It would not surprise if in a few days time there is another
substantial holder announcement. There is a big buyer in the market today .

Interesting times for this company. I don't think it will ever reach it's potential . It will probably get taken over.

But that's just my thoughts.
