I agree Bahar....A run is coming and soon.....
The 200k guy at 40 is trying to shake the tree.....and the buyer is at 38 now......trying to get as many as he can for as cheap as he can......once 40 goes again and 41.5 gets taken out (third time lucky) we are off to the races.....increments of up to 08-12 cents imo.....then consolidation .
High 50s be nice for starters.
