it is known, I'm convinced very much of ELM, the value and the management.

I'm not sure, if a listing in Canada would bring ELM into a new development: From my personal experience, I will tell You some observed points:

    - the canadian market is for small an mid tier explorers nationalized! (Only the big players have the force to be independant)
    - there some negative influences in Canadian market, with the influence of the big brokers like canacoord, bmo or haywood and others i.e. with their bought deals and other placement- instruments and their force of their managed clients (they have a really uncontrolled market influence (up and down!), You never know, if they prefer national potash values, because they were clients already for long?)
The ASX listed values do bot publish their 20 biggest Shareholders, due to date protection, as they are arguing. Crazy, in my opinion! So very often I criticized those Canadian values and talked to many companies and shareholders; everybody knows, that transparency of companies is much better at the ASX!

I've watched very tightly the Moto Goldmines Co.going to the TSX in the past, going to Canada was not successful for Shareholders. The big broker-syndicates there gave all money (bought deals) which the managment needed(a very comfortable way!) but they pressed down the shares.

So I hope to be wrong, but it will be a very hard market, where not only the value of a property or the management will determine the direction!
