I enjoyed the following Mounties spokesfolkies sayings (note following is from my memory and not word perfect)but they said to effect - A be-ribboned and be-medaled male Mountie said - "they are dead which makes it impossible to interview them" A be-ribboned and be-medaled female Mountie said - "when fugitives are running from the law they make themselves hard to find"
To think I grew up thinking the Mounties always got their man
