Well that came out of left field but, someone must have been reading the tea leaves very well.
It is a strategic win to open the Canadian market whilst getting the US areas sorted out.
Sobeys with 1,150 stores is a significant player in the market and the opening order of 150 stores will be a great test for them. Better still, the stock is on its way to them.
It certainly underpins a better opportunity than the blue sky from before but, with some runs on the board who knows, the major players will be encouraged to follow.
