One thing concerning Dattels/Namibian Govt...
It is interesting that Dattels agreed to the appointment of Steve Galloway as Extract Chairman. Galloway is close to the Namibian Govt (having been Under Secretary at the Namibian Ministry of Trade & Industry and Chief Mineral Economist).
