And this project might offer opportunity earlier - Woodfibre LNG - project sponsor claims go ahead given in 2016 and plan to be operational in 2020 (well ahead of LNG Canada ... but smaller initially). Already has a gas pipeline running through to the site (FortisBC EGP) proposed to be upgraded. Capacity of 228Mmcfpd Site used to be a Pulp Mill.
AFAIK, they don't have an upstream business - just buy gas on market. Already have HOA with CNOOC for offtake.
The other big one is the Exxon led WCC LNG project - expected to initially export 15M Metric Tonnes of LNG. pa, which if I'm not mistaken equates to 15 x ~48 = 720 Bcf each year or about 2Mmcfpd (10 times Woodfibre LNG) and grow to 30 MMtpa of LNG. Unfortunately she's a ways off ~2025 or so. No pipeline proposed as yet and is not a part of the project itself.
