Of course I'm not going to read 500+ pages! I read the summary. Some of the phraseology is unusual, eg. "This hypothesis, although believed to be supported by testing campaigns, should be abandoned". I think they meant the opposite of this - it's hard to know.
But their conclusion is that the excess mortality was due primarily to stress and the vaccine itself, not the virus. Makes sense.
