Anyone have any idea if AKE shares held in Canada that were converted from the old ORE shares are one of those ineligible jurisdictions?

Finally got an answer....sort of:

Hi Derek.

Sorry for the late reply but it has been a crazy week. At this stage all I can advise is that the TSX listing will be addressed in the Scheme of Arrangement documentation. Obviously if there is any change to the status quo, you will be given plenty of notice.

Might have to think about selling AKE and buying LIV just to be sure I don't miss out on owning a piece of the combined entity....
