Foyt - Agree 100%, I would like to see them refinance, but it is a tough sell to any potential lender in the current environment, combined with the disappointing history! I would be satisfied with an extended payment period/improved loan conditions on the existing MacBank loans - to enable PGI to build up cash.
As previously stated the hedge position is giving us some negotiating power, to me its the only luck we have had in a long while!
