If I'm honest, I should fess up and say I was disappointed with the announcement today because of the complexity and timetable.

But it is a precursor to what could happen and no doubt, a number of other opportunities have been sitting and waiting to see what and how PGI structures these deals. Now that one has been done, the others might be prompted to act.

Irrespective, I thought the marketplace might have been a little more enthusiastic on the buy side. Clearly, "Mr Dump"is continuing to do just that, making the sales side weak. There will be a time when Mr Dump will have dropped his load and wandered off elsewhere.
