They have 2 different Options trading on the ASX:
MYGO - expire June 30, 2011 ... ex price 10 cents
MYGOA - expire July 23, 2013 ... ex price 5 cents
So both options are solidly in the money, and barring a disaster should stay so.

I doubt that borrowing $6m to pay out ATW could be constituted "over-gearing" ... that is chicken feed for a 60moz p/annum gold/copper producer!! John Greeve has said that finance raised to cover the plant up-grade will be linked to forward sales of gold production.
Payback in under 12 months! That is nothing.
