Close it all down.
Stop all exports.
Close all mines and hydrocarbon extraction.
Turn off the electricity generation using fossil fuels.
We've been much too timid and slow to react.
Do it this weekend and let's see how it works out.

As we all huddle in the darkness and cold, dying of starvation and illness, we can be safe in the knowledge that we're leading the world in reducing our carbon emissions (and population).
