Actually the problem, according to the Greens party' cow emissions experts, is not farts but belching because of the 4 stomach-cud chewing ruminant type digestive arrangement, so the corks are not going to cut the mustard so to speak unless they're inserted at both ends which may well succeed in quickly reducing emissions and herd numbers.
