the greens have never opposed hazard reduction they even have stated same on their website
The scale required and the window available per year don't line up nicely like everyone would like that's why we fail at fuel reduction.
thinning trees does not equate to fuel reduction, it can actually make crowning fires worse.
logging works !.....but this defeats the purpose.
it was dry, everywhere at the same time, so the fires were everywhere at the same time, this makes fighting the fires harder with the resources that are available, it made them bigger hotter and yes we are in uncharted territory even the most One eyed and scientifically cynical bystander can use their own sensory perception in this instance.
no one is asking anyone to vote or back Labor or greens, I sometimes wonder if that's half the problem.
On the contrary if everyone gave a crap then the point of difference of some minor parties would dissolve.
but honestly if it is simple politics and deep down it's the the other political standpoints such as PC ism of the main signallers that don't allow someone to listen to overwhelming science then it's time for a good hard look at oneself.
