People migrating from one country to another it's irrelevant, it's a global problem that everyone has to address. That's the point, education of the whole planet to the issue.
Also Europe is much further along the curve than Australia, any migrants from there are far more likely to be CC savy than the average Australian so to suggest migrants will be less likely to do their bit is not entirely accurate. All be it less migrants are coming from there currently.
