On that logic, the Heavy Mining Equipment, Ships, Transport Vehicles, Trains, Power Station Technology and Farming Equipment etc etc that are all manufactured overseas and are responsible for the Oil, Coal, and all manner of other Mining and Farming and Power Production's CO2 emissions because they got the stuff out of the ground or into production in the first place ................ so it's the fault of those Northern Hemisphere Manufacturers for making said equipment that has made it all possible.
