2 cup rice.
1 diced onion.
Then add the following:
4 cups stock.
2 cup white wine.
Undercook.
Serve with seared seafood
And sauce made by bringing to a simmer the following:
Seafood stock.
Cream.
White wine.
Fish sauce.
Anchovy paste.
Soy sauce.
Worcestershire.
