Whilst I am almost convinced that the trading halt is connected with the underwriting of the options I remember a recent conversation I had with ME. He said that they were not so concerned with underwriting the options and having them all exercised when they believed that they could raise capital at a much higher price than 7 cents in the near future. This is the only doubt I have about the current trading halt, but then again he is not the only senior magager at the company, so he could have been overruled by other board members such as Warrick Gregor, who holds a lot of FAROA's.
