Canberra values may rise if and when the once mooted fast train to Sydney becomes a reality BUT I wouldn't presume a continued high growth rate (as some do).

What impact will AI have on public sector careers? What impact will AI (combined with blockchain record management methodologies) have on service providers to the Public Sector.
My guess is that automated structures of public administration won't require anything like the current numbers. The hatchet gangs and ugly bullying we see ATM maybe just the beginning.
Imagine living in a block of units mainly populated by uni students??? Not a bad idea for typical 19 year olds but ..........
The key problem here is a lack of sound insulation and so every time there is a noise above it comes through the roof. Every time loud company walks down the hallway the experience is shared and so on.
It is possible to design the things better but mug builders support mug buyers who all want it "quick and cheap".
Years down the track some of these places will be ghettoes.
