I see the ACT government is just about to release the next block of land for development in the suburb of Lawson in Belconnen. It is being offered to land developers who will be able to subdivide for medium density housing. Up to another 940 units in addition to the hundreds already built or under construction in Lawson (plus the touted 3,500 units that a Chinese developer is planning on building next door at the Uni of Canberra campus).
Don't know enough about how the Canberra fat cats will bring in AI to have an opinion.
