An Influenza virus and a Coronavirus are two different entities.
A Coronavirus normally associated with Colds is highly mutable and hence a Vaccine for the common cold cannot be made.
The best defense is inhibiting the ability of the virus to enter the bodies cells in order to replicate.Your Immune System will do the rest.
