From memory Incitec Pivot jumped ship and went with someone else which might have been more reliable in fulfilling their requirements. Who knows...........But you can always dyor.!!
And don't forget that an MOU is not a binding agreement in any ways or form while, in most cases, Boards are always using it to push their own wheelbarrows and agendas.
