somehow i dont think the high court would have come out with this decision if the coalition had remained in office in 2007. there was something about that team that imho efficiently managed every major challenge that was thrown at them.
on the contrary, the alp seem to bungle even the simplest challenge that is thrown at them. from pink batts, to school hall rip offs to a $43 billion investment in nbn (which i am told will probably be outdated tech by the time its completed) even the high court do not respect their judgement.
