    Australia's precarious budget situation is a fact.

    What makes you think our government will allow China to stockpile Australian iron ore on the cheap (a non-replenishable resource) when Aussie miners like RIO and BHP were told the stuff in the ground belongs to all Australians during the RSPT/MRRT war of words ?
