If it is proven that the actions of the Company at the meeting regarding the approval for the lessor number of notes is illegal then I would presume then that these notes would be cancelled and the money refunded back to them. Has anyone seen the conditions that are attached to the notes in case they are deemed illegal and cancelled ? Also should these people have been told that the issue is in dispute and could be subject to further legal action as if not then Novus would actually be sued and not GGP
