Cancellation of Share Purchase Plan
G8 Education Limited (ASX:GEM) announced a Share Purchase Plan for eligible shareholders on 21
October 2013. The Share Purchase Plan opened on 21 October 2013 and was scheduled to close on 13
November 2013.
The Board of G8 Education Limited has resolved to cancel the Share Purchase Plan with immediate
effect. Shareholders who have lodged applications will have the application amount refunded
