a wraning to Etrade Pro users: during matchout today I cancelled a sale I had queued up. The Etrade pad (window) acknowledged it, changed colour to dark red and said "cancelled". I went to another workspace and placed a sale for somerthing else. When I returned to previous workspace the red pad had changed to green and it said "filled". My SELL cancellation was ignored/lost. As a result, I've sold 2 parcels (and lost money) when I only intended to sell one.
I've tried ringing Etrade but no one picks up. Not happy.
