what the hell is going on with the cancelled warrants??
i thought once they were cancelled they were then earmarked for delivery. how did 2725 cancelled warrants get back on warrant?? 2050 at singapore & 675 at johor. total cancelled warrants dropped 5550 last night but only 2825 came out of the warehouses.
can anyone enlighten me.
