    Hopper dteeped down Jan of 2020.

    SYC was appointed 2018. If he was appointed then and hopper felt the company wasn’t going in the right direction then one can argue as to why he didn’t step down sooner. Or is it that hopper feels SYC being younger and a investment banker can get the runs in the board.
