from what I’ve seen drugs that are given 3rd 4th in line or more only have a response rate of about 25 percent at best for advanced progression , these people on the trials have probably had 10 plus different chemo and immunotherapy treatments and have run out of options , to think that an experimental drug is going to put people into remission would almost be considered a miracle
if a large percentage of patients are responding to treatment it could be an exciting time for shareholders when they do the read outs for ptx100
