    It would seem that you want to adopt a lifestyle that tends to avoid/prevent cancer as far as is known and as far as is possible...

    As far as I am aware, cancer cells are constantly being created in our body but unless there are conditions in your body/immune system and environment you are exposed to (includes food you eat) that allow for these cancer cells to survive, thrive and develop a blood supply system, then in most cases you will not develop a life threatening cancer...

    Of course sometimes whatever you do, your number is just up possibly due to some genetic propensity you night have or some environmental exposure during some part of your life and so even in that case, being as well informed as you can be about the various lifestyle changes and treatment options to choose from is still an education process that is valuable...

    Doctors seem to know best how to apply a particular type of treatment that is promoted by big pharma and it may be your only alternative in some cases, that may not be the best choice in all cases...


    Far better to try to take what preventative measures you can rather and continual self-education of conventional and unconventional approaches seems to be part of sensible preventative measures...
