It's been penned for aeons that 'you are what you eat' and I have to say I do agree with that largely.
Watching people walk out of a doctors surgery and start sipping on a can of soft drink while heading for the greasy burger store, or seeing queues of obese people waiting for a physiotherapist to help their knee or hip pain etc, it seems so absurd that only the third party can see the problems!
I'm going to be like a reformed smoker on my new food regime!
