I have never known a significant transaction to be a cap raising but it could be a transaction that involves the other party taking a stake in the company or maybe a US biotech fund? Another poster reported them to be interested in obtaining shares in transgene in the event of a shortfall in the rights issue.
Whether it is a cap raising or not it will have a positive effect on VHL.VHL is definitely on the radar overseas as well as the approaches and interest that was reported on for other areas of the IP is happening
