I checked and Non Small Cell Lung Cancer is the biggest killer today from what I read . There is only one patient on the trial with NSCLC to complete the treatment . Many people believe that it is a waste of time to treat stage4 NSCLC patients with chemo and survival is short in refractory (cancer that has become resistant to chemo treatment) patients . That coramsine has demonstrated some tumour reduction in a patient in this state , as a stand alone treatment , is good . The early preclinical evidence that the Imoxine can further potentiate this action and perhaps lead to immunity and long term remission from the cancer adds hope where there is currently none . All IMHO
Assay work done in LA also identified NSCLC as a good target for coramsine .
The really good result was the renal cell cancer patient who is now reported to be enjoying good health , after all approved therapies had failed . It is interesting to note that the best result from the Imoxine phase 1 single agent trial was against renal cell cancer , and it is now in phase 2 trial against that cancer as a single agent.
