re: cancer trial update - skint Skint, are you happy with the results from this trial..? 3 from 19 showing some efficiacy seems low to me, considering there was 2 from 5 in the previous trial. I know phase I is to determine safety and any efficiacy at this stage is promising, but given Coramsine's unique mode of action against cancer, I would have expected more patients to have a response, expecially considering how often they are given treatment (Coramsine for 2 hours per day for five days, followed by nine rest days, and then this cycle repeated up to six times).
