re: cancer trial update - skint Remember their definition of "efficacy" is more than a 50% reduction in size of the tumor. From a humanitarian point of view, if this drug ever helps just one person it's worth it but obviously it needs widespread applicability to be commercially viable. I've no experience in the drugs or medicine field except for a close relative who died from cancer.
