The timing of the CR was related to the upcoming transition of the CMO some time this year.

Matt Lehman did not want to announce the CR then at a later date that Neil was departing. He wanted full transparency with the process. So they could have waited but did not think it would be fair to raise funds then make this announcement.

Nothing sinister.

The company need the funds for the reasons outlined in the announcements.

After corresponding with ML I remain comfortable and confident with my significant holding on this company.

That said.... Yes I am agro that the SP is sub 20c let alone 10c!!!!
